Wine Tasting in Sicily at Elios Natural Wines
Learn about the production of natural wine, olive oil, and honey on a vineyard tour and enjoy a natural wine tasting in Sicily. Take a stroll alongside the vineyard and visit the apiary to see bees.
Our winery is located in Alcamo, in a strategic position between Palermo and Trapani, making Elios an ideal stop for travelers exploring Western Sicily.
The tasting takes place outdoors, in one of our most beautiful farms, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, just as shown in the picture.
Wine tasting Highlights
Our experience is structured in three steps, and lasts almost 2.5-3 hours
1. TOUR IN THE VINEYARD
We will begin by discussing the production of wine, olive oil, and honey as we take a stroll alongside the vineyard, culminating in a visit to the apiary.
2. GUIDED WINE TASTING
After our walk we’ll have the opportunity to taste some wines and discuss the art of natural winemaking.
3. PAIRING WINE WITH LOCAL FOOD
After the technical wine tasting we’ll pair our wines with some delicious finger foods like bread, olive oil, olives, cheese, honey, jams, and salami.
